A limited run of 46 Jack Shirts, cut from hefty organic cotton ripstop for a more structured take on our relaxed summer shirt shape. Designed on our Calderdale cutting table, then cut and sewn to our spec in North London. A boxy, easy-wearing shirt that’s built to last.
In Production
Reserve your Jack Shirt before it’s even landed in our warehouse. We expect to begin shipping all Jack Shirt orders once they’ve completed in the factory from 15th July. Note that reserved styles and preorders cannot be purchased with stock items – please place a separate order for these.
Ripstop fabric does exactly what it says
The woven grid is designed to isolate snags and tears so they don’t spread and ruin the whole garment. That said, you’d have to be doing something pretty wild to get your Jack Shirt into that kind of trouble. Our choice of ripstop wasn’t really about needing armour, it was about the way it feels. The heft. The substance. Less drape, more form.
The Jack Shirt fit is cut with a relaxed, boxy shape. Finished with a camp collar that sits open at the neck, short sleeves and a straight hem. Laid back, but still smart. It’s a good shape that just works.
How does it wear? How does it wash?
Ed’s been wearing the first prototype since May. It’s been a walking companion, daily work shirt, and smart pick for evenings out. We take testing seriously at HebTroCo. If prototypes don’t perform, we simply don’t make them. Ed’s ripstop Jack Shirt has done us proud. It’s kept looking good and still feels great. Washes easily and wears even better.

Our size charts show the flat measurements of each garment.
Since everything we do is made by hand, there can be a slight variation between pieces (up to 2% either way is considered within tolerance). Natural fibres can also shift slightly during production, with a bit of stretch or shrinkage being part of the process.
