Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in stock items ordered before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

We try hard to hit this target, and often exceed it (things ordered later will ship later).

Items are shipped from our local Post Office, using either “Signed For 24” Royal Mail, or Parcelforce 48 for larger orders (over 2kg typically).

We don’t send tracking details with your order confirmation, but we have tracking details if things don’t turn up.

Of course, that’s unless you’ve selected to have your item delivered to Drink in Hebden Bridge (for free!) or use Cargodale Local Delivery (very local people only).

The website 100% will send you an email on ordering, and when we dispatch. This might get lost in your Spam/Junk folder, but it’ll be there if you look. So long as you’ve put your email address in right.

If you order a backordered item (say some jeans that need hemming) or a pre-order, the WHOLE order will not ship until ALL the order is ready to go.

Any issues, email us on hello@hebtro.co and we’ll do our best to sort it. Don’t ring. Just email.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to restock any current product on sale, as long as it’s unused and resellable. Washing, ironing, wearing “around the house for a day to check”, rubbing on a pet – not cool – don’t do it.

We will accept Christmas gifts back for exchange/credit until 7th January.

Please use our jeans sizing advice to get the right size, but don’t worry if things don’t work out. We’re more than happy to accept returns in an “as new” condition. The same goes for other garments too.

Your item doesn’t fit?

Don’t worry! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return the item to us for an exchange. You will have to cover the cost of returning them to us, but we’ll post the exchanged replacements out to you at no extra charge. Everything must be returned in an as new condition. Please keep hairy pets away from clothes whilst trying on. Please fold them carefully, as originally shipped (not folded down the front of the trousers for instance). Check they fit well before washing as we cannot accept washed trousers back. Ship them back to the address at the bottom of this page, with a note and your order number.

Trousers – How tight is too tight?

Our trousers do “give” as they break in – like a quality shoe. Our trousers stretch in a natural way where the material gives to fit you, and the way you wear your clothes, and the way you move.

Trousers -How long is too long?

100% cotton jeans may shrink up to a half inch in leg length only on washing. All our jeans come with an extra half inch to accommodate this.

Changed your mind?

If you order goods and wish to return them you can do so within 14 days of receiving them but items must be in an as new condition. You are also required to cover the costs of returning the items to us. A note explaining what’s wrong helps too.

You can post them back to us here, or leave them at the Post Office in Hebden Bridge. No visitors to our complex and dangerous warehouse headquarters please!
