Please do use our sizing advice to try and get the right size, but don’t worry if things don’t work out. We are more than happy to accept returns in an “as new” condition.
They don’t fit?
Don’t worry! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return the trousers to us for an exchange. You will have to cover the cost of returning the trousers to us, but we’ll post the exchanged replacements out to you at no extra charge.
Trousers must be returned in an as-new condition. Please keep hairy pets away from them whilst trying on. Please fold them carefully, as originally shipped (not folded down the front of the trouser). Check they fit well before washing as we cannot accept washed trousers back. Ship them back to the address at the bottom, with a note and your order number.
How tight is too tight?
Our trousers do “give” as they break in – like a quality shoe. Our trousers stretch in a natural way where the material gives to fit you, and the way you wear your clothes, and the way you move.
How long is too long?
Trousers may shrink up to a half inch on washing. However, the trousers will also “drop” up to half an inch as they give in the waist to fit you.
Changed your mind?
If you order the trousers and wish to return them you can do so within 14 days of receiving* them but items must be in an as-new condition. In cases such as these you are also required to cover the costs of returning the items to us. A note explaining what’s wrong helps too.
