Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in stock items ordered before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Whilst we aim to ship all orders before 1pm, it’s not always possible due to workload and weather. We try our best though, and sometimes will even ship orders up to 3pm the same day.

The website 100% will send you an email on ordering, and when we dispatch. This might get lost in your Spam/Junk folder, but it’ll be there if you look. So long as you’ve provided the correct email address.

Any issues, email us on hello@hebtro.co and we’ll do our best to sort it. Don’t ring. Just email.

royal mail

Items are shipped from our local Post Office, using either “Signed For 48” or “Signed For 24” Royal Mail, or Parcelforce 48 for larger orders (over 2kg typically). You will receive tracking details when your order ships.

Free collection

Order before 1pm on Tuesday to Friday and your item should be ready to collect by 5pm that day. Usually. You will receive an email when it’s ready for collection. Not before.

Pre-order & Backorder items

If you order a backordered item (e.g. some jeans that need hemming) or a pre-order, the WHOLE order will not ship until ALL items in the order is ready to go. If you wish for the pre-order/backorder product to be shipped separately from in-stock products, please place separate orders and pay the required postage fee for each.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you used a signed for or tracked method of post.

Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have a cat/dog/hamster/fluffy pet, please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you. If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you. Washing, ironing, wearing “around the house for a day to check” is not cool – don’t do it.

Christmas returns

We will accept Christmas gifts back for exchange/credit note until 14th January.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you used a signed for or tracked method of post. We will cover the UK shipping cost to return the exchange to you. For overseas orders please contact us first.

Christmas

Delivery

We’ll be posting orders up until 1pm Friday 22nd December. All orders are sent using Royal Mail. See their website for advised last postage dates. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate shipping method from our available options in checkout.

We will do our best to get your order out of the door however we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time for Christmas – that responsibility falls into the hands of your local postie.

Extremely last minute? Our virtual gift vouchers are available 24/7… even on Christmas Day.
