2. Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are: agreeing to purchase the product(s) in your basket at the price(s) provided in checkout; agreeing that all information provided by you in checkout is true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the payment method provided.
You can place an order by adding products from the shop catalogue (hebtro.co/shop/) to your basket and completing the checkout process. You are required to pay for the goods in full to complete your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during the checkout process. This order confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse an order request made by you. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will get in touch with you using the email address supplied as soon as possible to arrange an alternative product or refund. If a product’s listed price is incorrect, either due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel such an order placed at the incorrect price, regardless of the order’s processing status.

5. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, we will dispatch your order within the lead times stated on our Delivery page.
Items that are purchased on pre-order or backorder (e.g. custom hemming) will be subject to additional lead times prior to their dispatch. This information will be disclosed to you in the product page information. Pre-order dispatch dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to pre-order windows advertised by us. If your order contains a mixture of pre-order/backorder and in-stock products, your entire order will be held until the pre-order/backorder product(s) is/are ready to be dispatched. If you wish for the pre-order/backorder product to be dispatched separately from other products, please place separate orders and pay the required postage fee for each.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you do not receive a notification.

We will make every effort to display accurate representations of a product on hebtro.co however displayed colours may vary between different device monitors. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your device accurately represents the true colour of the product on delivery.
We give our colours names – please note that colour names shared between different products may not be the exact same colour.
Product sizes are an approximation and may not truly match the final measurements of the item you receive. Garment sizes can vary between orders due to variations in manufacturing process. Unless otherwise stated, any measurements provided in product descriptions relate to the measurement of the actual garment itself, not your body size. We provide measurements to help give you a better understanding of the garment’s size in relation to other garments that fit you.
