It’s got depth, it’s got personality. Designed on our Calderdale cutting table, cut and sewn for us in Britain.
The Jack Shirt is our new summer shirt fit and we’re calling this pattern “Blues”. Easy to wear, but with real substance behind it.
It’s cut with a relaxed fit and finished with a camp collar that sits open at the neck. Laid back but still smart. Short sleeves, straight hem. A good shape that works. Cut from beautiful cloth that has its details stitched in – not printed – so you get texture, depth and something that feels alive in the hand.
We love sitting at the cutting table exploring the fabric swatches of Europe’s best mills. Somelos in Portugal is the maker of the fabric we have chosen for your Jack Shirt. Fibres come first – they have to be 100% natural. Airy, breathable, not a polyester sweatbox. Look and feel is next: tactile, refined, joyous. We pick our favourites and send them off to our shirt makers in Enfield, London. Cut and sewn to our pattern and specification, made right here by Amelia.
