This hoody feels very heavy and fits snugly. Its quite long in the body which I like, it doesn’t ride up to reveal my arse crack every time I bend over. It also doesn’t have those annoying dangly bits from the hood dip into my pint when I sit down.

Spun, knitted & sewn right here from sustainably-sourced cotton.
Our hoodie is made from 100% sustainably sourced long staple Australian Super Cotton.

From regenerative farming practices to a sustainable end product…
Our Hoodie is made from Australian Super Cotton which has a long staple (fibre) length. This means you can create a stronger garment out of less yarn. Fewer fibres in turn mean softness and a more luxurious feel. The raw premium cotton feels very soft and silky, with a bit of a shine to it, similar to wool.Â
Cotton comes from a single origin which is Glenn Rogan’s family farm in St George, Australia. Glenn voluntarily uses Best Management Practices (myBMP) whilst growing his cotton.
One very appealing feature of this leading industry initiative is that it enables full traceability – from end product right back to which paddock the cotton was grown in by individual farmers. It also ensures that cotton is produced on farms with the best farming techniques, technology and in an environmentally sustainable way.
“We could write a book about the detail of what happens on our farm and in our supply chains, the precision of moisture probes throughout the paddocks, the laser levelling to ensure even and just enough irrigation, the deeper sectioned water storage for massive evaporation reduction, the organic fertiliser applied in variable precision dosing systems, the refuge crops for insects to breed away from the cotton, the fibre is carbon positive at farm gate, with solar panels replacing fossil fuels on the farm, or the satellite linked monitoring that alerts about soil moisture to ensure continuous perfect fibre growth isn’t impacted and the quality remains top notch.”
“Checking through all the quality data referring back from the bale to the field position, what went well and should be repeated next year, or what could be improved? Or the automated systems at the spinning mill removing any contamination by superfine air-jets, or that by changing spinning methods we added 50% to the cloth lifespan, or the right first time rates at our dye-house keeping water use to a minimum.”
Ed wears size M in the photos. He’s 5’8″ and 10.5 stone.
Sizing as per high street standard. If you’d prefer a looser baggy fit, go up a size.

The Hipster Twats strike again. Reassuringly heavy but no less soft and cosy for it as a hoody should be. Particularly fond of the ‘dual functionality’ of the hood. If you pull it up over the head you can look anonymous in a crowd or like a grumpy old git that no one wants to approach. By simply taking the hood down you can be ‘friendly dad’ at the school gates.

Mine is large/black. Excellent product once again.
