- Tell us what you need repairing in the checkout Order Notes field (e.g. knee repair)
- Ensure your address is up-to-date in checkout so they are returned to the correct house.
- Once purchased, we’ll email you instructions on what to do next and where to send your jeans.
Wash your jeans before you send. Repair work is hands-on and the repairers don’t want stinky denim in their faces!

If you require multiple repairs, add the appropriate band and quantity of each band to your cart. E.g. if you require two small darns and a crotch repair, select 2 x Band A and 1 x Band B.
Free repairs? If anything goes wrong with your denim in the first 6 months of ownership we’ll fix it free of charge (unless it’s damage from misuse, accident or alteration). Any manufacturing defects will come to light in this period. After that any issues will be considered normal wear and tear. If you purchased your garment within the last 6-months and it’s developed a fault, please email us with details of the issue, a photo or two is helpful and your original order number.
