All repairs are carried out by our specialist denim repairs partner around the 15th of the month. We aim to ship your repaired jeans back to you within a week of the repair being completed.
Teasha manages our repair service. She will contact you when your jeans have arrived and are ready for their journey to the repairist. Please email her at any point during the repair for an update. Once your jeans are repaired, they will be posted back to us for quality checking before being shipped back to you.
Please ensure that your shipping address is up-to-date in checkout (i.e. if you have moved house since the original purchase).
Free repairs? If anything goes wrong with your denim in the first 6 months of ownership we’ll fix it free of charge (unless it’s damage from misuse, accident or alteration). Any manufacturing defects will come to light in this period. After that any issues will be considered normal wear and tear. If you purchased your garment within the last 6-months and it’s developed a fault, please email us with details of the issue, a photo or two is helpful and your order number.
