We’ve tested and perfected our garments. A lot. We want you to be able to rely on them every day and be completely satisfied with everything you order from us at HebTroCo. That is why all our clothing is guaranteed for life for manufacturing defects. If at any point your trousers become damaged, get them back to us and we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced or – if the item is no longer available – we will send goods of the same value. The guarantee does exclude damage that may have been caused by misuse, unusual wear and tear, accident or alteration, but we’ll always try and help you out whatever you’ve done.
We ship to most places in the world. Places outside the EU don’t pay VAT. It’s all calculated in GBP pounds sterling. Your bank or paypal work out how much you need to pay us, not us. But we’re very reasonably priced.
Foreign countries have funny rules about things coming into their countries. We won’t mark down or under-declare your items when we ship them, so if you’re outside the European Union, you might get charged import duty when your trousers arrive in your country. We’re sorry about this, but it’s what happens and helps your country pay for
bombs schools and hospitals or keep the roads clean or something.
Your HebTroCo trousers can be washed in a machine at home. Trousers should be washed inside out at 30deg maximum, with a minimal amount of detergent and NO fabric softener (as this can lead to discolouration and striping). The trousers should not be left wet inside the machine, but removed as soon as the cycle is complete and line/air dried. They must not be tumble-dried. After washing the trouser may feel a little tighter than when you took them off, but they will loosen up after an hour or so. Trousers will shrink in up to half an inch in the leg on first washing, but not in the waist.
Grab your favourite pair of jeans or trousers and a tape measure. Be prepared for a shock, as some jeans are “vanity” sized, and ours are not. Study the photos below and Note down each measurement as shown below and double each number. Compare your numbers with our sizes to make sure you get the right HebTroCo trousers. For leg length, please bear in mind that trousers may shrink up to half an inch on first washing.
But measure them properly! Not like this, below…
Measure them like this, below – pulling the waist band tight so that the front and back of the trouser are level.
This is how we measure our “seat” dimension, measuring across at the bottom of the fly.
The leg opening…
