100% Merino Wool

A lofty lid to warm your thoughts. Knitted for us in Leicester using 100% RWS certified merino wool yarn from Shepley Yarns in Yorkshire. Chunky knit with a single fold. A true woolly hat, none of that polyester malarky.

  • Knitted in Britain - for us by Mars Knitwear based in Leicester.
Materials & Care
  • 100% Merino certified to the Responsible Wool Standard From non-mulesed sheep reared and shorn primarily from Uruguayan and Chilean hillsides. Spun for Shepley Yarns based in Saddleworth.
  • 2-ply yarn - 2/9.3 Nm (if you want to get techy).
  • 100% cotton label tucked inside the fold - Labels are made for us by Pennine Labels in Colne, Lancashire.

It’s wool, it doesn’t need washing every time you wear it. If you absolutely have to, cool hand wash only. Do not put it in a washing machine, do not spin it. Dry flat on a table, do not hang on the line, the wool fibres will hate you for it.
