Pre-Production Preorder
Preorder from all size options until noon 22 July 2026. After this date, you will only be able to choose from stock sizes (30-40 waist, 30-34 leg). GVNR-13 Pitch Black will be in production from 1 September 2026. We expect to begin shipping from 21 September.
The Classic Fit in Pitch Black
GVNR is the fit that many pick as their first pair of HebTroCo jeans. Slim straight with a regular feel and can be worn comfortably with boots. Mid-rise for great shape, comfort and to keep your crack out of sight!
All the signature HebTroCo jeans features. Hardwearing, quality selvedge denim as a base; five button fly with solid brass buttons; a chunky leather patch on the back that you can feed your belt under; five pockets plus our signature “secret pocket” hidden in the left pocket bag to safety stow your loose change.
Like all our denim, it’s woven on traditional 1960s shuttle looms to create true selvedge cloth, valued for its durability and character. Cut and sewn for us at Blackhorse Lane Atelier in London.

Why Pick HebTroCo Jeans?
Let’s face it… mainstream menswear has set the bar low for jeans quality. The race to cut costs has led to thinner denim, the introduction of stretch, and a loss of construction detail in favour of a “fits-all” blueprint.
We’ve taken a different path. All our jeans are made from 100% cotton raw denim, rigid, no stretch, so the fit has to come from the pattern rather than the fabric. Shape and balance are built into the design, rather than relying on stretch to do the work. No shortcuts – just proper denim, cut to fit well from the get-go.
Denim from Candiani
Candiani are masters in their craft, producing some of the world’s best selvedge denim.
Environmental sustainability is at the forefront of all stages of production at Candiani. Their dye process is micro-plastics-free, they use solar power and water recycling, and all their cotton is BCI certified.
Most of the selvedge we use is Regenagri© certified denim (which supports regenerative agriculture) or 100% Organic Cotton. We are proud to be one of the first brands in the world to use Regenagri© denim cloth to make our jeans.
What is Selvedge denim?
Selvedge is a premium denim woven only on vintage shuttle looms.
Compared to modern projectile looms, selvedge looms are smaller, slower and very noisy, but the character and durability of the denim they produce is unmatched.
The loom’s low yield is why selvedge is considered a premium denim and not the go-to choice for mass-market jeans.
The word “selvedge” comes from “self-edged,” which describes how the loom finishes the edges of the denim.

Size Guide
In the photos: Ed is 5’8″ / 10.5 stone and wears 30 waist, 30 leg
Turn-ups: We’ve styled the GVNR-14 to be worn without a turn-up. If you prefer to wear your jeans with a permanent turn-up, choose a longer leg length to accommodate this. For example, if you’re a 30″ leg and you’d like to fold in a turn-up, choose a 32″.
Your HebTroCo jeans are made with an extra 1-inch in the leg to compensate for first wash shrinkage (e.g. a 30″ will measure 31″ before first wash). Any shrinkage will be in the leg, not the waist.
Our size charts show the flat measurements of each garment.
Since everything we do is made by hand, there can be a slight variation between pieces (up to 2% either way is considered within tolerance). Natural fibres can also shift slightly during production, with a bit of stretch or shrinkage being part of the process.

Product Care
Your GVNR-14 jeans are made from raw selvedge denim. Please follow the wash and care instructions included with your order to avoid f*cking it up.
Raw denim is not colourfast and requires special attention when laundering.
It is absolutely crucial, especially with our black denim, that you do not spin or leave them sitting damp in the washing machine after a cycle has finished – doing so will create unsightly crease fades. This is not a fault of the product, but the nature of the denim. Treat it will care and it will treat you well.
For the best fades, washing less often will yield better results.
