Beautiful Bradford has for too long been thought of as being a bit rubbish. But not anymore! There are some great places to visit in this historic city, that was once known as the wool capital of England.
One of our favourite places is the Record Cafe on North Parade. It’s ‘all at the same time’ a craft beer bar, with a superb selection of Spanish style cold meats and fine cheeses, and a record shop, full of new releases as well as old classics on vinyl.
We’ve been invited to be part of the bar’s 5th birthday celebrations. All our socks are made in Bradford, so we’ve had a limited edition run of ‘vinyl, ale and ham’ socks made. Black body for the vinyl, brown heel and toe for the ale and pink stripes for the ham!
Socks will only be available in the bar for sale at £15 a pair on the weekend of 23-25 November. Friday 7-9pm. Saturday 5-7pm. Sunday 3-6pm. Come and see Ed there for a pair.
Free entertainment will be on in the Record Cafe all weekend including live music, talks and DJs. There are also various beers specially brewed by top ranking breweries just for the event.
