In a world of mass produced crap we bring you shed-built quality and individuality. Something truly unique to put your head that’s worth talking about.
The Micap, pronounced “my cap” is made for us in Manchester by Mike. He’s a workshop-based milliner with a passion for design and making things properly.
Each hat is hand cut and hand sewn, one at a time to ensure the construction is spot on. All from his garden shed.
His approach to making is evident in every stitch. Solid construction, excellent fit, shaped perfectly. Made to last.
Each cap style is numbered by name to mark its edition.
We’ll be working with Mike to produce a number of Micap editions, each one different and all limited edition.

Super trick flat-top selvedge denim bucket hat with external adjustable headband. Designed and handmade in his garden shed by Mike in Manchester exclusively for HebTroCo.
Made from 13oz single black dyed, sanforized raw selvedge denim from the Candiani Denim mill in Italy. It’s 100% cotton. Selvedge stripe visible on the side.
Meticulously made with all internal seams taped, so it looks as good inside as out.
One size fits most. Cord adjuster gives a range from M to XL covering head sizes from 58-62cm.

Made from the original Swiss Army rucksack fabric woven by Halley Stevensons in Scotland from a mix of nettles and cotton. This is the last of the iconic original fabric woven by Halley’s – and we bought it.
